हापुड । देश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनने के बाद सोशल मीडिया को तेजी से बढ़ावा सरकारों द्वारा जहा दिया गया तो वही जनता के बीच अपनी पॉपुलरटी पाने के लिए प्रशासन में बैठे अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रिंट व इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया को नजरअंदाज कर सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लिया गया। आज के समय में सोशल मीडिया पर चलने वाले यूट्यूब चैनल या फिर फेसबुक अथवा वेबसाइट बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारण करने वाले लोग काफी बिस्तर पर देखे जा सकते हैं। जिलाधिकारी की बात करें या फिर थाना पुलिस की सभी के बीच अति शीघ्र किसी भी खबर के प्रकाशित कराने के लिए बड़ी पकड़ बनाते नजर आ रहे हैं। अधिकारी इन लोगों को प्राथमिकता दे भी क्यों ना। सोशल मीडिया पर खबरों का प्रसारण करने वाले अधिकारियों की किसी भी अनहित की खबर को यह लोग किसी भी रजिस्ट्रेशन के ना होने के चलते नहीं चलाते हैं। जबकि प्रिंट मीडिया हो या फिर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया प्रशासन की किसी भी गलती या फिर भ्रष्टाचार को उजागर करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करता है। सोशल मीडिया पर चलने वाले यह चैनल अवैध रूप से जनता के बीच काम करते भी नजर आते हैं परंतु अधिकारियों की कमियों को ना दिखाने के चलते अधिकारी इनकी समस्त कमियों को नजरअंदाज कर अपना चहेता बना कर अपने पास बैठा कर रखते हैं। और तो और कुछ थाने या फिर प्रशासन के अधिकारियों के बीच यह लोग एक कमीशन एजेंट के रूप में भी काम करते हुए नजर आते है।
आज आवश्यकता है तो चतुर्थ स्तंभ को सुरक्षित बचाए रखने के लिए इस सोशल मीडिया पर किसी भी प्रकार के सरकार के रजिस्ट्रेशन के साथ कुछ पाबंदी लगाए जाने की। जिस प्रकार से सरकार प्रिंट मीडिया के लिए आर एन आई रजिस्ट्रेशन के साथ-साथ उनकी रोजाना प्रति तथा विभिन्न प्रकार की सरकारी खानापूर्ति कराती है। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के लिए भी सरकार विभिन्न प्रकार के कर लगाकर उन्हें अपने आय का साधन की बनाती है परंतु यह सोशल मीडिया पर चलने वाले खुद को पत्रकार बता कर जनता के बीच लगातार बढ़ते ही जा रहे है। अगर सरकार ने अति शीघ्र इस सोशल मीडिया पर मीडिया के रूप में चलने वाले यूट्यूब चैनल वेबसाइट अथवा फेसबुक चैनलों पर कोई नीति बनाकर इन पर कोई सरकारी कार्यवाही के साथ अंकुश की कोई योजना तैयार नहीं की तो वह दिन दूर नहीं जब प्रिंट मीडिया और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया फूल चढ़े बंदी की कगार पर आ जाएंगे।

After the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party's government in the country, social media was promoted rapidly by the governments, so to get their popularity among the public, the officials sitting in the administration ignored the print and electronic media and resorted to social media. In today's time, people who broadcast on social media by creating YouTube channel or Facebook or website running on social media can be seen in bed a lot. Talk about the District Magistrate or the police station seems to be making a big catch to get any news published very soon among all. Why should the authorities not give priority to these people? These people do not run the news of any harm to the officials broadcasting the news on social media due to lack of any registration. Whereas print media or electronic media plays an important role in exposing any mistake or corruption of the administration. These channels running on social media are also seen working illegally among the public, but due to not showing the shortcomings of the officers, the officers ignore all their shortcomings and keep them sitting near them. Apart from this, these people are also seen working as a commission agent among the officers of some police stations or administration.
If there is a need today, to keep the fourth pillar safe, some restrictions should be imposed on this social media along with any kind of government registration. The way the government provides RNI registration for print media as well as their daily copy and various types of government scams. Even for electronic media, the government makes them a means of their income by imposing various types of taxes, but it is continuously increasing among the public by telling themselves to be journalists running on social media. If the government has not prepared any plan to curb these social media by making any policy on YouTube channel website or Facebook channels running as media very soon, then the day is not far when print media and electronic media Flowers will come on the verge of being captive.
